Give up on using GNU Unifont for charwidth data. It seems to have proven too unreliable, and too unlikely to match the character widths used by terminals. Instead, we simply set the widths of all printable characters to 1 unless EastAsianWidth says that they have width 2.

Fixes #119, fixes #114, closes #83.
