Economy Value modification

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The amazia economy is starting to come together, however the actual values not all set yet. Furthermore the same must be done for the modifier values.

Describe the solution you'd like
What we would have to do is determin the value, volatility, return Rate, and stack size of all trades in the economy

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could just leave it but that does not seam wise

Additional context
The economy value data is set in the EconomyFactory (src/main/java/economy/EconomyFactory), modifier values are set in AmaziaValueModifiers (src/main/java/economy/offerModifiers/price/AmaziaValueModifiers)
