Should be self-explanatory. Added a starting point in Python for MyShinyChain challenge.
Converted JavaScript starter to Python.
Adheres to PEP8, includes tests.
Had to remove some clutter to make it more pythonic. Still doesn't follow PEP20. Mostly intentionally to allow some improvement by the challenge takers.
