Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am using Tapo 420(S2) cameras in HA and the MOTION SENSOR entity is missing. Thus, you cannot create any automation using the values of that entity (on/off). Considered that the motion sensor entity is likely the most important one for a camera and its integrability, I think it should be considered as a big issue!

Describe the solution you'd like
Motion sensor entity and its attributes should appear with the camera device when integrated in Home Assistant.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing.

Additional context
Device Firmware: 1.2.4 Build 20221208 rel.73688

Battery cameras do not expose motion detection via onvif. Someone will need to discover an alternative way to get the notifications.

Tapo released a new Wifi Battery Camera TC85, it looks like it only exposes ports 443 and 554, is there any known way to get motion events via the 443 port or cloud access? Would be willing to buy the dev a camera if your willing to do some reverse engineering
