SoundCloud "Unable to download JSON metdata"

Hi there,

I'm having a problem with using SoundCloud with this bot.
When trying to play a song on soundcloud, for example bot.play https://soundcloud.com/olivernelson/oliver-nelson-ft-heir-found-your-love, it returns with an error:

[0;31mERROR:�[0m Unable to download JSON metadata: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized (caused by <HTTPError 401: 'Unauthorized'>)

My bot is on an Ubuntu server on DigitalOceans.

Is there a way to fix this error by myself?
Does this problem have to do with the utility youtube-dl?

In your console, run python3.5 -m pip install --upgrade -r requirements.txt inside your MusicBot folder.

Thanks for your response. I have tried so, but to no avail. I still get the same error, unfortunately.
