one bot auto confirms, the other won't

so one bot of mine sends me offers, without me needing to do that "send offer" confirmation through steam,
but another bot needs the offers to be confirmed.
both bots are configured the same way (in their respective json)
any idea why? is it a configuration somewhere?

For confirmation to work you need to import respective .maFile to each account correctly. In your case I guess best would be to remove .db files of those accounts and import .maFile for those accounts again from your main 2fa app. I recommend reading https://github.com/JustArchiNET/ArchiSteamFarm/wiki/Two-factor-authentication for further details.
