This first commit seems to get closer to what we want.

  • still need to change dt_list, which will fix the x axis labels
  • is 1800//60 and 1200//60 correct for nperseg and noverlap? This was just kind of a guess.
  • Why are the frequencies multiplied by 1000 in the call to pcolormesh?
