def pinname VDD.extra1 should be written as VDD TEXT in gds/oasis

For feedthru pins and power pins:
page 293 of the lefdefref5.8.pdf states that pinnames for these are name.extra1 or name.extra2[0] for bus pins.

In order to not have "text shorts" in gds/oasis lvs,
these pin names should be written as TEXT name or name[0], stripped of the .extra1 or .extra2 extension.
