calendar-bug where years are missing #11

There is a bug in this release where every fifths calendar-year is skipped. It was fixed for the Schnitzler Tagebuch though

Solution is to be to copy
bootstrap-year-calendar-bs4 folder
and
bootstrap-year-calendar.de.js
over from Schnitzler-Tagebuch.
