Taris Undercity - Rukil and the Promised Land quest

• Party needs a jump for all Rukil's convos to deal with party member interjections.
• If you give all 3 diaries to Rukil, he runs off to talk to Gendar. This leaves the party behind in the background. When he addresses the player again at the end of the scene, it can make for an awkward camera angle. Since Rukil is jumped under a fade-out, the whole party should be jumped along with him.
• Ambient villagers wandering around can try to path right through the middle of both the Rukil to PC and Rukil to Gendar conversations. They probably need to be jumped out of the way and deactivated for the duration.

• Player responses need camera angle 1 (or possibly 3) to stop random angle 2 clipping into Rukil's hut Edit: Or move party jump further back. Or both.
• Jumps need a fade-out/in

• The waypoint walker command needs adjustment. Send close ones to nearest waypoint > 15m away.
