This will solve KSP-CKAN/NetKAN#5635 , at least making CKAN clients able to download KSP Interstellar 1.14 without 404 error, while waiting for the Spacedock indexer to index KSP Interstellar 1.14.3

Note: I think I screwed up somewhere, so for maintainers that have write access to this repo, please disregard this pull request and revert 7a3659a instead

NetKAN will overwrite this. Needs to be fixed where NetKAN is sourcing the Metadata.
