[Feature] Log of all mod changes and updates

First off

I want to say thanks for your efforts. Your accomplishments have made my KSP life easier. CKAN has always been my first choice for mods.

I would like to contribute to you the following idea in an open collaborative spirit.

The Idea:

Having a user controlled log to keep track of all mod changes and updates from the players perspective. With this log in hand a player can view the applied changes and track down any bugs or issues regarding mod updates or newly applied mods when having a long list of favorites.

Please excuse my post in here as this is not regarded as an "issue".

CKAN has some built in logging capabilities:

This was improved recently in #2236 to be more useful at the INFO level, included in the pre-release but not 1.22.6. You can use the instructions on that wiki to enable logging.
