See #8288, Harmony1 and Harmony2 are incompatible with each other, which has caused huge problems for other modding communities. Several mods in CKAN currently bundle Harmony1, but this one bundles Harmony2, so any users that randomly install both will have issues. We have plans for how to deal with this but they aren't in place yet.
Now this mod is frozen until it can be added back safely. A corresponding pull request will be done in CKAN-meta.
