Suggested change: LiquidFuel-only tanks should carry more Liquid Fuel, since much of their volume previously used for Oxidizer is now being freed up. This is of especially great value to LV-N powered spacecraft because as of KSP 1.0, LV-N's don't use Oxidizer anymore.

put fuel cone into Deprecated folder because it is more or less redundant now that FAR no longer cares about nodes
