SSH and RCON Support

Docker has been the only way to communicate with the Minecraft container up to this point. Now, you can use SSH or RCON to control the minecraft server and get clean backups. Updated documentation is on the Wiki. itzg's latest Java and Bedrock containers have SSH support that can be enabled with ENABLE_SSH. Any Java Minecraft container should be configurable to use RCON, although the documentation assumes itzg's Java container.
