Explanation of the issue:
Pretty self explanatory- this national spirit has a question mark for an icon which means that its GFX (according to the files its "GFX_idea_jap_the_unthinkable_option") is invalid or missing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. go with tang shengzhi (or even just cheat and use "focus.nochecks") and complete the focus that gives you that national spirit

2. look at the national spirit in the diplomacy screen.

Possible cause:
It could be that the GFX in question ("GFX_idea_jap_the_unthinkable_option") might have changed its name.
