Setup

Run git submodule update --init to fetch reveal.js. Change into its directory and use npm install to fetch its dependencies. Run grunt to build the reveal.js minimised files.

Build

Run node watch.js to build the presentation whenever it changes.

Run build.sh to build the presentation manually.
