The creator of a team can invite others to join their team
A dropdown menu on the team avatar contains an "Invite people" link that displays a modal which:
- Contains a field where email addresses can be entered
- Upon submission, sends unique links to each email address that, when clicked, prompt the user to register an account that will be assigned to the team
