When I start looking for Issue and their contributions, It is very difficult to find whether the issue is being worked on.
Secondly, Identifying the issue's purpose seems little difficult. Please tag them with labels.
Please provide some template for Creating Issue
Example Can be:

Task
Collection of Tamil Names - Noun
Details
To train NER in Tamil
Input
Pdf files from ....
Expected Output
Nouns
Others
