##How I installed it on my server:

1. download the zip
2. put the content of the zip in the driectory theme
3. important rename the directory theme/<htmly-pagespeed-master>/ to theme/<pagespeed>/
4. in the config/config.ini change the views.root to
   views.root = "themes/pagespeed"
5. clear the cache finished

(Does not support any of the comment systems used in HTMLy.)
