Python library for parsing and analyse the JavaScript code

Some day, it can became a part of a really cool tool :0)

Varsion 0.1 - grammatic complete. Still lack of validation of malformed code, but able to parse jQuery. Enough for start!

NB:Moved to Rishi as a part of package!!
