To run:
- docker build -t "ic" .
- docker run -p 8081:8081 ic
- redirect your browser to http://localhost:8081/?image=IMAGE_URL_HERE&filter=FILTER_NAME_HERE

- just replace the IMAGE_URL_HERE with an images full URL
- and replace the FILTER_NAME_HERE with one of the filters below

Available filters:
- sketch
- sepia
- blur
- negative
