For tado, local calibration is the best Option, it sould work like the org. Tado external Sensor linking. Target calibration means the calibration is done by the target temp: But this means the target temp Displays on the tado TRV isn't the real target temp |

Ok thank you for that deskription. When i use the local calibration with tado, and set the temperature to 20 i get about 21 degrees on my extern themperature sensors, sine times more. I Think i do something wrong when i choose local calibration. But you tell me that it is the best choice and i Will stay with this option.

I do not longer have local calibration in my tado system. Now i can choose offset calibration.is that the beat calibration method for tado |

It was just renamed, because "local calibration" was a little confusing. Now it's called offset calibration and should be the best yes.

Hi! I understand that Offset Based calibration is recommended but what about Calibration mode? I'm struggling between "normal" and "AI time based". Do I understand correctly, that when using "normal" BT will notify Tado as accurately as possible about room temperature meaning "heating logic" will be mostly on Tado's side?. "AI time based" on the other hand would mean more logic on BT side as it'll not send actual temperature but rather an artificial temperature depending of how far from the set point room temperature is. Correct? Which works better? |
