Prerequisites

Not relevant for this issue

Description

When adding the first thermostat, if you accidently forget to enter a name you get an alert that you forgot about the name.

After this 2 bugs occur:

  1. All of the entered data disappears requiring you to fill in everything again
  2. The form is now broken. If you re-enter the data you can never succesfully submit it again

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click "Add Integration"
  2. Choose Better Thermostat
  3. Fill in the details but leave the "name" empty
  4. Try to submit

Expected behavior:

Keep the form filled and allow me to fill in the name

Actual behavior:

The form gets wiped and breaks in the process
