This pull request includes a series of bash and R scripts to perform RNA-Seq analysis on PBMC samples. The workflow includes steps for quality control, alignment, transcript quantification, sorting and indexing BAM files, and differential expression analysis using the following software stack: FastQC, MultiQC, STAR, RSEM, samtools, and DESeq2.

Please review the scripts and provide feedback or request any additional changes as necessary.
