If you try to install a pulp node on a machine that has FreeIPA, we'll wipe out the FreeIPA HTTPD configuration. This prevents pulp from being installed on a node with FreeIPA installed.

@ehelms Any chance we could move to using git submodules for the puppet modules? The workflow's not so nice to update in a minimum of 2 places |

Closed in favor of theforeman/puppet-common#1, will have another PR to katello-installer for updating the modules w/ librarian later. |

pulp from being installed in that case.
