could anyone give more details on this? Clickable as in the user can select the url and copy it or that it would automatically open the url with the users default browser?

I would prefer a blue hyperlink which can be clicked for opening the site in the default browser.
But that's just my opinion, you're allowed to be creative.

* added blue underlined blue font for support link url and made it clickable so that it opens the users default browser at the specified url
