Oops, I read it wrong on the dotnet/sdk issue. I thought --nologo fixes it, too. |

Found a page explaining what is installed on the Github hosted runner. Monitoring whether the message will go away once I see that the new sdk is there. Merging this for now :) |

The output of dotnet test is polluted by the first time welcome message. See if these environment variables can clean that up.
2020-04-05: Needs a bit more work. Still shows a welcome message (except for the telemetry part)
2020-04-06: Github actions is running SDK Version: 3.1.200. According to the version tag on this PR it will be available from 3.1.300 on with the NOLOGO env variable.
