  • improved turret accuracy against targets with high tangential
    velocity; added consideration of acceleration
  • added consideration of target's likelihood of impacting the turret
    (for meteors and missiles only)

...this is one of the most interesting community PRs, and I wish it got more attention than it apparently has.

I think it's probably been put on the back burner for balance reasons.|

Good work, unfortunately we have to decline this, turrets are already pretty strong in game now and this would destroy game balance. Sorry.
