Content: write Bike Tag's 'History'

Research and draft the history of:

• ‘Tag’ the game
• Bike tag
• Geo-caching/tagging
• Else?

This history is being written for multiple outlets, but the now supported content HTML files would be a great place for the history to also live, in whatever format it can.

We need a format for this narrative to follow. I'm planning to create a vertically-formatted chronology that can be adaptable to #39.
