No changes when pushing to a linux container. #604

Fixed in 13.1.3 (we will also release an uSync.Complete update to use this version as the bug shows itself in complete when pushing). |

When you push or pull to a linux container (from either linux or windows) the files display no changes.

This is because of the way we try to work out the absolute path of the uSync folders when merging them, it was causing use to double add the root path on linux.
