Only thing I'm not sure about is the noHandlers key, where en-US still has a mention of usync8.config. I've updated it to point the user towards appsettings.json like so: "check your settings in appsettings.json, as it may have damaged or invalid settings". Which doesn't strike me as particularly accurate anymore.
