With commit 56f3294 there is a simple service with a psql database backing it. This information isn't useful yet but shows the beginnings on how it should work.
The database is in a configuration that allows for a many-to-many relationship with servers (the desired configuration) and it reflects the data collected and submitted by the ort script.
