rollup-plugin-uglify changed from a default export to a named export, so I also needed to update the config at the same time.
While updating this I ran into an issue with styleTag.styleSheet not being on HTMLStyleElement that I wasn't sure how to properly fix, so I am just disabling flow on this line for now. https://github.com/facebook/flow/blob/22fe6fc7f/lib/dom.js#L3118-L3124
