This is an odd little suggestion, but can we tweak this project such that any developer who mistakenly runs npm run dev from the project's root folder gets a helpful message printed to the console reminding them to run it from the appropriate subfolder, such as the app_web subfolder?
Otherwise, developers who don't carefully read each step of the readme end up with errors as shown in #463.
