Farnell and Digikey says they are SIP. Moving them to this library will allow do delete Power_Packages_ThroughHole. I think it should be done because name Power_Packages... is not informative. Everything can be inside (power leds, power resistors...) and user looking for footprint must open it instead of take a quick look at it's name to make sure he doesn't need footprint from this library.
