I fixed some of the bugs, the remaing KLCs should be due to the construction of the EP with thermal vias that should not have a mask on the bottom. Top-mask and paste are provided by the large pads. The counter-pad on the bottom is completely covered with varnish. Hope it#s OK that way. |
