Track Hub for Tasha Genome Project
This repository hosts a UCSC Track Hub for the long-read assembly from the female boxer, Tasha.
Data was generated by the Dog10K consortium.
load the trackhub in the UCSC browser with this link:

Go to http://genome.ucsc.edu/
Click on My Data --> Track Hubs
click the 'My Hubs' tab
