Hello, I just formatted the PC and I was recovering the Touchportal backup and when I tried to reconnect the Touchportal plugin with YTMD (with the latest version 2.0.1) but in the YTMD integration settings the passcode option does not appear. appeared in previous versions.
Is there a way to connect the TP plugin with this version of YTMD or do I have to go back to previous versions?
If the answer is to go back to a previous version, what is the latest version that is compatible?
Thanks

The latest version, 2.0, is not compatible with the latest version of my plugin. The remote system has been completely redone, which means this plugin requires a complete rewrite from scratch. As of right now, you can use an older version of the desktop application: https://github.com/KillerBOSS2019/ytmdesktop/releases/tag/v1.14.3

Thank you for your understanding.

Sadly I keep getting an error when logging into my google account saying "This browser or app may not be secure"

I would like to make an announcement. As many of you are aware, YTMD recently completed the re-work of the application. This also means that they have re done the way the developer communicate and control the new application. That being said, I want you to know that I am currently building the plugin from ground up as well. As of right now, I am learning how the new ytmd application communicates. Therefore, I do not have an estimate of when the plugin will be ready. But probably you will start seeing new commits will be done on this repository.

Thank you for the offer. It depends on what area there aren't any testing build. But if you have some knowledge of Python, that would be helpful (:

No problem! I'm primarily a C# dev nowadays, but have used a few languages over the years, albeit only very minimal Python. If you're up for giving me and intro to the project, where you're at and what the challenges are I'm happy to get stuck in. Likewise, if you'd rather not, I won't be offended either.

It would be awesome to get some help (: I think it would be easier to communicate through Discord if you have one. Otherwise, this might work? I'm not sure.
