ReadTheDocs updates in the index and Information for Developers pages

- Updated Mike Long's affiliation

docs/source/tech_info/06_info_for_kpp_developers.rst
- Fixed grammar ("that" instead of "which")
- Changed "section" to "sections" at the end of the C-I tests main section
