See #208 (comment). This seems to happen when you go to an anchor -- http://kinto.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/1.x/buckets.html shows the menu correctly, but http://kinto.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/1.x/buckets.html#post--buckets doesn't.

I believe this is related to readthedocs/sphinx_rtd_theme#290.

Seems the fix in the above PR on readthedocs was reverted, and the current issue tracking it is readthedocs/readthedocs.org#3441 (some issue with the git version used on their servers if I understand correctly?)
