Current behaviour

If the user has installed one or more plugins, then these plugins may modify the contents of the log file which are then displayed. The user doesn't have any way to detect if that's the case.

Expected behaviour

If a log file is translated via a plugin, then Tailviewer should display this with a special icon in the "Raw" view. The icon may be clicked on (similar to how the "https" icon can be clicked in chrome) and detailed information about which plugin(s) are modifying the content which is displayed.

Steps to reproduce the problem

For the currently selected log file, a "plugin" toggle button (4 puzzle pieces) appears at the top button bar IF a plugin is responsible for changing displayed log file. The button can be clicked and several details about the plugin are displayed in a context menu.
