Current behaviour

TV will start minimized, e.g. the user will have to manually maximize / normalize the window again before TV can be used.

Expected behaviour

When TV has been closed while being minimized, it should restore the window to a normal or maximized state.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Start TV
  2. Minimize the window
  3. Close TV via the taskbar
  4. Start TV again

Also fixed an issue where TV would store bogus width and height in case the window was minimized before TV was closed.
