Restructuring of the Phoenix repo:
- Move into the Phoenix repo the app sample code (i.e. PhoenixSample) and any test cases.
- Extract SwiftCouchDB and SwiftRedis out of the repo.
- Implement test cases using Samuel's implementation of the xctest framework.
Execute automated test cases using Travis CI.
