download .xcframework and add it to my project
instead of using SPM or CocoaPods...

Sorry, no. I do not have any plans to offer binary releases for this project. In addition to some security concerns, there are many platforms that Swift-JWT can work on, and it would take too much time to offer binary frameworks for this project.
