Related to Kitura/BlueCryptor#70.

This PR updates the Cryptor dependency, thus suppressing the Invalid Exclude compiler warnings.
Cryptor has moved to a new major version, therefore the current Swift-JWT package manifest doesn't pick up the new Cryptor 2.0.1 update .

I also took this opportunity to add .swiftpm into .gitignore.

Can this get reviewed and merged please? The warnings are annoying and easily resolvable.

3.6.201 is out. The pod is not yet updated though as some of the dependencies also need to be updated. Hopefully I'll have this resolved in the next few days. Please close the issue if this works for you.
