Remove entries in the client_* tables that are older than our per-project expiration timeframe.
Previous location didn't work because buildgroups have their own autoremovetimeframe which defaults to 0.
Find & remove old client_jobs independently of their schedules. This handles the case where a client_jobschedule is not deleted because it will repeat again in the future. In this case, we should still delete the individual runs of this schedule that are older than our autoremove threshold.
