Dicom files larger than 1GB cannot be loaded.

Large datasets may end up bumping up against memory limitations in browsers, but I suspect that 1GB should be fine. It may be that the version of itk.js we are using is unhappy with it. Do you get any errors when you try loading your 1GB DICOM?

Thanks for the reply. There is no error, but it is stuck at the loading screen.

That may be an itk.js limitation then. Do you know of a public DICOM dataset that is ~1GB? I'll be looking around to find one if not.
