Adjusts chat visibility based on user-defined Twitch viewer thresholds.

Once installed, you'll see two new buttons on Twitch: "Too Many" and "Acceptable". Click these buttons to set your own thresholds for when the chat should be hidden or shown. Your settings will be saved separately for each Twitch channel, allowing you to customize your experience on a per-channel basis.
- Logs the Twitch user counter
