The techreport in HTML is only one long page, so it's a bit long to load for slow connection. Shouldn't we split it?

Better please split the book!
And please consider mobile formatting as well

@karelin, I made a version of the KG Book that has one page per chapter: https://www.emse.fr/~zimmermann/KGBook/Multifile/

I will need to work more on the Multifile version to make it in sync with the one-page HTML.
